How fast can you install my sign?
If you call before noon, we can usually install same-day. Next-day service is standard. We know your timelines are tight, so we move fast.
Do you serve my area?
We serve all of Oxford County - all 8 municipalities. That includes Woodstock, Tillsonburg, Ingersoll, Norwich, Zorra, East Zorra-Tavistock, South-West Oxford, and Blandford-Blenheim. No extra travel fees.
What types of signs do you install?
We install all types of realtor signs: for sale signs, sold signs, directional signs, rider signs, open house signs, and custom posts. If it's a realtor sign, we can install it.
How much does it cost?
Pricing varies based on sign type, location, and timing. Call us for a free quote. We keep our rates competitive and transparent - no hidden fees.
Do you remove signs too?
Yes! We offer fast sign removal service. Next-day removal is standard. We can also store your signs for your next listing.
Will you damage my lawn?
No. We're careful and professional. We install and remove signs without damaging the property. Clean site guaranteed.
Can I call you directly?
Absolutely. Call Sean or Kevin at 519-788-7813. You'll talk to the owners, not a call center. We're available Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm.
Do you work weekends?
Our standard hours are Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm. If you have an urgent weekend need, call us and we'll see what we can do.
How do I know the sign was installed?
We send you a photo after every installation so you know it's done and done right.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes! If you have multiple signs or use us regularly, we'll work out a rate that makes sense. We want to be your go-to sign installer.
What if the sign blows over in a storm?
Call us right away. We'll come fix it. If it was our fault, we fix it free. If it was Mother Nature, we'll charge fairly.
Can you install in the winter?
Yes, we work year-round. Winter installations might take a bit longer if the ground is frozen, but we make it happen.
How do I pay?
We accept cash, check, and e-transfer. For established clients, we offer invoice terms.
Do you supply the signs and posts?
Usually, you supply your own branded signs and we supply the posts and hardware. But we can discuss different arrangements based on your needs.
